What Is Red Bull Next Generation?

Red Bull Next Generation is more than an athlete sponsorship programme. It's a long-term athlete development platform created to help talented young athletes unlock their potential both on and off the field of play.

Rather than focusing only on results, the programme looks for athletes with the right mindset, ambition and commitment to continuous improvement. Whether you're already competing nationally or building your reputation within your local sporting community, we're looking for athletes who are passionate about progressing in their sport.

What You'll Receive

Successful applicants will receive tailored support designed to accelerate their development, including:

• Athlete mentorship from experienced professionals

• Performance and athlete development workshops

• Media and communication training

• Content creation and visibility across Red Bull platforms

• Financial support to help progress your sporting journey

Athletes will also benefit from guidance from Martin Pfeifenberger, a Performance Expert with more than 20 years' experience working with elite athletes across over 100 sports, including Formula 1, Olympic sport, football, triathlon and endurance competition.

By supporting athletes early in their careers, the programme aims to give them access to opportunities, expert guidance and greater visibility while sharing their stories with a wider audience.

Who Can Apply?

Applications are open to athletes who:

• Are 18–25 years old

• Live in Malaysia or Indonesia

• Compete in any sport or discipline, including esports

• Demonstrate passion, ambition and a commitment to improving

• Are ready to take the next step in their sporting journey
